ABOUT
A passionate country-rock singer with roots in Evanston, Illinois and a home in rural Oklahoma. Ross juggles being a husband, father of three, and a musician. In the years since his comeback on The Voice - Ross has had the opportunity to play with Oklahoma Red Dirt Legends like Stoney Larue, Jason Boland & The Stragglers, and new Alt-Country sensation The Droptines.
His journey began with an unexpected high school musical, then evolved through band gigs across the Midwest, a stint in Nashville, and years quietly built around family life. Inspired by memories of his late father, Ross rekindled his musical fire, transforming a guitar on the wall into a creative outlet.
Ross blends country, classic rock, and soul, delivering performances with depth and range. His influences span from driving rock anthems to timeless country ballads and blues. As an emerging artist, his goal is to bridge generations—invigorating younger listeners while evoking nostalgia in longtime fans
In 2023, his soulful debut on The Voice captured the industry's attention. A heartfelt rendition of “Blue Ain’t Your Color” earned him a four-chair turn, and a dramatic pitch from Niall Horan sealed his place on Team Niall. With subsequent rounds showcasing his versatility—from emotionally-charged battles to fun, nuanced knockouts—Ross made an unforgettable impression.
“So consistent, and like no one else on this show... The people of America are going to fall in love with this guy.” Niall Horan
“Ross is such a talent. His voice is unique, extremely identifiable, and highly attractive to industry executives.” Reba McEntire
